Sue Powell
Sue has a proven track record of achievements in marketing, sales and business development of consumer brands for FTSE 100 companies. She has worked in large corporate and start-up ventures including Whitbread, Virgin, Granada, and Colgate Palmolive and was involved in the acquisition and integration of Berni Inns into Whitbread PLC and Forte into Granada PLC.
Previous roles include Marketing Director, (Virgin Clothing) Divisional Sales and Marketing (Little Chef, Travelodge, Motorway Services), NPD (Beefeater restaurants and bars) and Retail Planning (M&A: Leisure and Hospitality).
In 2000 Sue started as an independent consultant and her assignments have included working with clients such as Chelsea Village, Compass and BT.
Sue has an honours degree in Dietetics and an MBA from Manchester Business School. She is also a trained executive and business coach.

Belden Menkus
Belden started his consulting career with 7 years at McKinsey & Company, where he honed his strategy skills. 7 years at CSC Index added skills in organisation design, process re-engineering and change management.
After leaving CSC Index, Belden joined Nextera Enterprises, where he was responsible for consulting and technology firm acquisitions in Europe. In 1998, Belden started what is now Menkus & Associates.
Belden has an MSM (Master of Science in Management) from the Sloan School of Management, Massachusetts Institute of Technology and a BA degree in Organizational Behaviour and Management from Brown University.

Peter Wesley
Peter is an expert at helping clients to start businesses and innovate and on the way develop and commit to pragmatic plans that fulfil their business' potential.
After Business School Peter worked successfully in high-profile marketing roles in blue chip FMCG companies. Since then he has specialised in B2B and B2C service industries. First working in European roles for Citicorp's Consumer businesses, then as National Marketing Director pioneering Telephony and Multichannel Entertainment with the UK's leading cable player where he was pivotal in changing the culture and improving the performance of TeleWest.
Since then Peter has worked on strategy and innovation assignments with leading companies operating in internet trading, media research, telephony, entertainment, retailing and security.
